Event Policy:

Due to facility and food commitments, cancellation for event registrants must be received 48 hours prior to event time. 

Begining January 1, 2009 all registrations must be accompanied by full payment.  Payment can be made by check, cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express at the time of registration.
